We offer delivery with DAO, which is Denmark's best-rated shipping company. You can always track your package on DAO's own tracking page.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our store in Vejle.
How long is the delivery time?
If you order before 3 PM, your order will be shipped the same day if it's a weekday. Otherwise, we'll ship it the next weekday. The delivery itself typically takes 1-3 days.
Am I insured if the package doesn't arrive?
YES! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily follow the delivery process. Should you unexpectedly not receive the package, you will of course receive full compensation or a new shipment.
