By using this website and placing an order with TastyMart, you agree to the terms below.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. An order is only final once it has been accepted and processed by us.

Prices

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typing errors, sold-out items, tax changes, and technical errors.

Payment

Payment methods available in the webshop are shown at checkout. Payment is processed according to the selected payment method.

Delivery and pickup

Sold-out items and changes

If an item is out of stock or cannot be supplied as ordered, we will contact you. We do not make substitutions without your approval.

Alcohol

Alcoholic products are only available for in-store pickup and only against valid photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse handover if valid ID is not presented.

Liability

We reserve the right for sold-out items, pricing errors, typing errors, technical errors, tax changes, and events outside our reasonable control.
