Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, special rules apply to food items.
Right of withdrawal
As a general rule, there is no right of withdrawal for food products and other goods for everyday household consumption when physically delivered to the consumer. There is also no right of withdrawal for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Complaints
If an item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within a reasonable time after receipt. Please include your order number and, if relevant, photos.
Missing or incorrect items
If items are missing from your order, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will find a solution in the form of a refund, replacement, or another agreed solution.
Pickup orders
For pickup orders, the order should be checked upon collection. Any issue should be reported as soon as possible.
Uncollected orders
If an order is not collected within the agreed time frame, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of the order, especially if it includes perishable goods, frozen goods, or products with special storage requirements.
