Shipping policy

At TastyMart, we offer the following delivery options:

1. In-store pickup

You can choose in-store pickup at checkout. Orders placed before 11:00 are normally ready for pickup no later than 14:00 on the same day. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Pickup must take place no later than 30 minutes before closing time.

Opening hours:
Tuesday–Saturday: 11:00–18:00
Sunday: 11:00–17:00
Monday: Closed

2. Parcel shop delivery

Selected products can be shipped to a parcel shop using the shipping options shown at checkout.

Products that cannot be shipped

Some products cannot be shipped due to food safety requirements, temperature requirements, or age verification requirements. If your cart contains such products, in-store pickup will be the only available fulfillment option.

Minimum order value

A minimum order value of DKK 200 applies to delivery to parcel shop delivery.

Bag fee

Where required, a statutory bag fee of DKK 10 is added to the order.

Delays or unavailable items

If there is a delay or an item cannot be delivered as ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to agree on a replacement, refund, or partial fulfillment.

Substitutions

We do not substitute items without your approval. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you first.
