Which shipping carrier do you use?
We offer delivery with Dao, one of Denmark’s best-rated shipping carriers. You can always track your parcel on Dao’s own tracking page.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our store at Vestergade 45A in Vejle, where we also offer free pickup.
How long is the delivery time?
If you place your order before 2:00 PM on a weekday, it will be shipped the same day. Delivery itself typically takes 1–3 business days.
Am I covered if my parcel does not arrive?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily follow the delivery process. If, against expectations, your parcel does not arrive, you will of course receive either full compensation or a replacement shipment.
Can I return my product?
As these are food products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, you are welcome to visit our store for a refund if the product is unopened and still has a reasonable shelf life remaining.
